The 301st Fighter Wing, based at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth Carswell Field, Texas, is equipped with the F-16C+ Fighting Falcon. It is the only Air Force Reserve (AFRC) fighter unit in the state of Texas. The mission of the wing is to provide Commanders in Chief and Major Commands with the combat ready warriors they need to operate our Expeditionary Air Force, fight and win America's wars, and protect our worldwide interests. We are focused on training, mobilization, deployment, and employment.

We are the 136th Airlift Wing, Texas Air National Guard, the premier airlift team of choice. We are located in the north central Texas heartland, just outside of down town Fort Worth.  The Wing is collocated with the Navy, Marines, Air Force Reserve and Army at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base (NAS Fort Worth JRB),  on Carswell Field.  The Wing is comprised of 5 Groups, 19 Units and 1 Geographically Separated Unit (GSU).  We are Texans serving Texas.
